Pulling up to this place, you feel a rush of excitement with the breathtaking views and the sprawling pool area. The stunning sea vistas from the Deluxe Ocean Facing rooms make for a great spot to lounge, even if the sun loungers are hard to come by.
However, the hotel shows its age, with many facilities in need of some serious TLC—think broken tiles and patched up repairs that stood out in various areas. The air conditioning in the Lotus restaurant wasn’t working, creating an uncomfortable dining experience, and the kitchen utensils in the room left much to be desired, with old frying pans that looked burnt. Additionally, while the location is peaceful, getting there involves a bit of a trek and limited access, which may not be everyone's cup of tea.

The cold buffet dishes were a culinary delight, featuring fresh fruits and local specialties that made every breakfast an adventure! Plus, I loved the welcoming staff who were always ready with a smile and the stunning views from my room. What’s not to love about lounging by the pool with a drink in hand, even if they were a bit pricey?
While the location was a tropical paradise, I felt a bit trapped with the only access being either a boat ride or a hike. The resort's dining prices versus local eateries felt heavy on the wallet, though the views still shone bright.

Unexpected access but breathtaking views
We loved waking up to stunning ocean views every morning. The staff was incredibly kind, and the private beach added an exclusive touch to our stay.
However, reaching the hotel was a bit of an adventure! The only access is by boat or a challenging hike, which made returning from Ao Nang complicated.
